Where are games played?

Box lacrosse is played on the bare concrete that is under the ice surface of a hockey rink.  In Moose Jaw, we play at the Kinsmen Sportsplex and Mosaic primarily for box lacrosse.  For field lacrosse, we play at Hamilton Flats and South Hill.

How much travel can I expect?

  • 6U - 8U (Tyke and MiniTyke):  All games are played in Moose Jaw.  We host a "jamboree tournament" at the end of the season held in Moose Jaw.
  • 10U (Novice)*, 12U (Peewee)* and 14U (Bantam)*:  Majority of games played in Moose Jaw but there is travel required to Weyburn, Swift Current, Estevan, Fort Qu'Appelle and Regina.
  • 16U (Midget)*:  Majority of games played in Moose Jaw but there is travel required to Weyburn, Swift Current, Estevan, Fort Qu'Appelle and Regina.
  • Junior Tier 2:  Teams will be playing in the Prairie Gold Lacrosse League.  This is all dependent if we have enough interest to organize a team.

*These divisions may choose to go to an out of town tournament, this is discussed as a team at the beginning of the season.

Can I request to play with my friend?

No.  Due to increased issues with requests this will not be an option for the 2023 season.
